I had a fantastic time here, largely thanks to the incredibly helpful staff, especially Aueng, who went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and I loved the stunning views of the monkeys in the morning. However, I found the room to be quite basic, with limited space for belongings.

The jungle hut was cool, but the bathroom had a terrible smell.

Had a great time! The location is awesome, just a short walk to the park entrance. Loved the breakfast options, especially the banana pancakes. Only downside was an initial odor in our bungalow, but the staff quickly switched us to a better room. Would definitely return!

Beware of monkeys stealing your snacks too, they were quite cheeky!

The bungalow's shower had a concerning crack, which raised safety issues, and the cold water with low pressure was disappointing. The lake tour was overcrowded, mismanaged in activities, and didn't provide a satisfying experience given the large group size. Food quality was troubling as I even got sick after eating, which is not something I expected during this trip. Overall, the ambiance was disrupted by noise from adjacent guests, making it hard to relax and enjoy the jungle life.

Great air conditioning and comfy beds. Wi-Fi in rooms was a plus. Noisy neighbors.

The kids loved the jungle ambiance and exploring nearby waterfalls. We even booked a kayaking tour through the helpful staff, which turned out to be an adventure filled with stunning sights. The Tree House was cool and comfortable, making the whole experience unforgettable.
